Kickboxing Conditioning at Breakthrough Martial Arts brings together the best training methods from aerobics, strength training, kickboxing, cardio, plyometrics, traditional martial arts, interval training, and yoga for a full body workout. No sparring, just a great workout at your own pace. Classes focus on proper technique and form to help prevent injury and maximize the benefit of your workout! 

Physical Conditioning
