Private Lessons & Personal Training

Private lessons and personal training sessions are available to members and non members. They are great on their own or as a supplement to our regular classes.


Private lessons allow students to progress faster, focus on areas and techniques that matter to you, and train around your busy schedule.


Personal training sessions can help you maximize your health and fitness efforts with one on one coaching. You'll learn to push yourself to new limits, stay on track with accountability, focus on proper technique to avoid injury, and pick your own training times.


Private lessons and personal training sessions are booked on a first come fist serve basis and can be booked conveniently right here on our site.
